- Direct financial planning, corporate budgeting, and forecasting for restaurant and F&B operations.
- Use Oracle ERP systems to streamline financial reporting, monitor internal controls, manage general ledgers, and support data integrity across brands.
- Analyze food cost, wastage, labor variances, and supply chain expenses to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI projections for new store openings, menu restructuring, and digital loyalty initiatives.
- Ensure financial practices comply with local regulations, corporate governance requirements, and international accounting standards.

Requirements and Qualifications المتطلبات والمؤهلات
- Minimum of 10 years of solid financial management experience exclusively within the F&B or restaurant industry.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Oracle Financials or Oracle ERP systems is strictly required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of multi-unit hospitality accounting, cost-of-goods-sold analysis, and menu engineering finance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly to operational and executive teams.
