Job Responsibilities
- • Support the QA manager to ensure that all quality procedures are implemented, maintained, and complied with the Alghanim F&B brands standard as well as the international requirements.
- • Auditing Alghanim F&B stores in different markets based on Alghanim Food Safety Checklist and auditing plans.
- • Auditing Alghanim F&B suppliers in different markets based on yearly calendar.
- • Conducting continuous quality monitoring on products, keeping records and taking necessary actions.
- • Support the operation team with the quality assurance requirements and training on any of the new QA standards.
- • Keeping & ensuring all QA records are available and well organized.

- • تدقيق متاجر الغانم للأغذية والمشروبات في مختلف الأسواق بناءً على قائمة التحقق من سلامة الأغذية وخطط التدقيق الخاصة بالغانم.
- • تدقيق موردي الأغذية والمشروبات في شركة الغانم في مختلف الأسواق بناءً على التقويم السنوي.
- • إجراء مراقبة مستمرة لجودة المنتجات، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
- • دعم فريق العمليات فيما يتعلق بمتطلبات ضمان الجودة والتدريب على أي من معايير ضمان الجودة الجديدة.
- • حفظ جميع سجلات ضمان الجودة والتأكد من توفرها وتنظيمها بشكل جيد.
