Calculate food item costs, support short- and long-term F&B controlling and pricing planning, record information, produce control reports and help maintain a suitable company-wide inventory of food items.

- Good analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to generate budgets and reports and present concepts clearly.
- Strong communication, networking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
