Senior Specialist, Business Excellence
Your Tasks
- The Senior Specialist in Business Excellence will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all operational excellence activities thereby driving business performance and efficiency across Kuwait.
- The successful candidate must have 5 years’ commercial experience, knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001) and Excellence Models (EFQM), computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office products & Microsoft Project, knowledge of Business Processes, and knowledge of telecom industry will be an advantage. A university degree or equivalent specialised in business related field is required. ISO Certified Lead Auditor/ / any specialisation in Process / Process Improvement Methodology etc., as well as knowledge of quality management practices and lean improvement methodologies (Six Sigma Green Belt, TQM, Kaizen, etc.) preferred.
Your Profile
- 5 years’ commercial experience;
