Mutawa Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kuwait. Mutawa Engineering Consulting Office seeks to create a successful and long lasting relationship with customers by providing all the distinctive and unique engineering services that exceed their expectations and fulfills their business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop fresh & original design ideas that match project requirements and office design aesthetics.
Manage all aspects of architectural design from conceptual to tender for various types of projects (Residential, Commercial, Industrail, Public Buildings, ... ).
Develop high-end photo realistic renders and presentations.
Working closely with a team of other professionals such as: Project managers, MEP Engineers, Construction Managers & Technicians.
Maintain good professional relationships with clients, sub-consultants and contractors during all project phases.
Qualifications
BS degree in Architecture
Have 5 - 10 years of Experience.
Currently residing in Kuwait and has a valid residence visa
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Illustrator or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
