Responsibilities

• Deliver process engineering services that meet Worley, its customers, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
• Perform process engineering services such as: Identify and report changes to project scope, assist with the preparation of proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules.
• Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities. For example, write requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations and write purchase orders.

Safety Engineer

Primary Objectives / Responsibilities:-

Lead Contracts Administrator

Specific Accountabilities

• Responsible for pre – award activities including bid invitation preparation, processing queries from bidders, preparation of bid evaluation programmes, evaluation of bids, negotiation, contract preparation and award formalities;
• Responsible for post – award activities including conducting kick – off meetings, coordinating all contract submittals and correspondence, preparation and processing of variation orders, claims and close out;

Primary Objective(s)

• Perform survey assistant duties to the land surveyor.

• Conduct and document quality control surveillance audits of all UXO clearance operations to ensure compliance with established procedures;
• Implement and monitor non-conformance reporting, corrective action, and verification procedures to ensure feedback and follow-up processes are in use;
• Implement a product/process inspection sampling methodology to ensure compliance with contract requirements;
• Implement a phased control system (i.e. Preparatory, initial, and follow-up) requiring the contractor to plan and schedule work to ensure preparedness prior to commencing each new feature of work;
• Implement and develop quality improvement tools and conduct trend and root cause analysis to ensure work on-site remains effective and efficient;
• Document, report, verify, and ensure completion of all corrective actions to ensure all UXO survey and clearance operations comply with requirements;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing the required number of control points for the assigned projects.
• Liaise with GIS & Environment team to verify the boundaries of contaminated features.
• Support the environment team to establish and mark the soil sample locations, borehole locations and any other aspects required survey support.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features.
• Conduct standard calculations to identify areas, elevation and volumes of field survey notes.
• Work collaboratively with Construction team to conduct field verification of RFI’s in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret design drawings and topographic maps.
• Assist UXO team in marking the targets of potential UXO.

Environmentalist (Environmental Engineer Level II)

Preferred Qualification(s) and/or Experience:

• You will possess either an engineering degree in Environment or Chemical and/or an equivalent diploma from an accredited college or university. This is an essential contractual requirement.
• You will have a minimum of Eight (8) years of total minimum work experience post qualification within the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry, with exposure to heavy oil projects. Upstream onshore experience is preferred.
• You will have a minimum of Five (5) years of work experience in a related designation / specialty within a GCC country. The GCC countries referred to here are: The State of Kuwait, The Kingdom of Bahrain, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The Sultanate of Oman, The State of Qatar, and United Arab Emirates.

Process Engineer (Process Engineer Level II)

Responsibilities

Specific Accountabilities

• Ensure that contractors comply with all aspects of the Worksite HSE Plan and policy; site regulations, permit to work, WorleyParsons and Customer requirements.
• Ensue that construction contractors adhere to the latest approved for construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, procedures and site instructions.
• Ensure by leadership and guidance that contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction contractors. Maintain daily supervisory surveillance checks and records ensuring that contractor’s management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permitting procedures, all required competent personnel, protective equipment, adequate supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets.
• Routinely study, check and review all contractor scope as detailed in drawings, specifications and instructions, ensuring contractors proper interpretation and compliance with the lasted AFC drawings and specifications.

Leader - HSE

Qualifications/Requirements of this job:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering with more than 15 yrs work experience out of which 5yrs experience in Oil and Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical industry.
• Practical experience of design, construction, commissioning and maintenance aspects of Oil / Gas 
• installations.
• Practical experience with HSE management systems, reporting and audit procedures. Excellent

الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات

• على الأقل درجة البكالوريوس / بكالوريوس الهندسة في تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
• الخبرة ذات الصلة يجب أن تكون في صناعة النفط والغاز.
• التعرض المسبق داخل بيئات مشاريع التكرير و / أو البتروكيماويات.
• الإلمام الواسع بمراحل FEED وEPC للمشاريع الهندسية الكبرى.
• المعرفة بقوانين ومعايير مكافحة الحرائق والسلامة مثل المتطلبات القانونية المصرية والمعايير الدولية/قواعد الممارسات ومعايير NFPA وAPI، وما إلى ذلك.)

فني قضيب (مساح أرضي باستخدام الأدوات)

الأهداف الرئيسية

• أداء واجبات مساعد المسح لمساح الأراضي.
• مساعدة ودعم المساحين في المسوحات الميدانية، في صياغة مذكرات المسح والرسومات التفصيلية.
• إجراء المسح الميداني وتسجيل القياسات.
• تحليل الحسابات (الحسابات) وفقا لميزات المؤامرة.
• التنسيق مع المساحين الآخرين بشأن أنشطة المسح الميداني.
• إجراء الحسابات الهندسية الأساسية المتعلقة بأنشطة المسح.
• الاحتفاظ بالسجلات والتقارير والسجلات في قواعد البيانات ذات الصلة.
• ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية المعمول بها في أنشطة المسح.

أخصائي التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة / الذخائر غير المنفجرة

مسؤوليات الدور 

• إجراء مراقبة ضمان جودة إزالة الذخائر غير المنفجرة والألغام الأرضية لعمل المقاولين وفقًا لتوجيهات كبير المتخصصين في التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة. 
• إجراء وتوثيق عمليات تدقيق مراقبة مراقبة الجودة لجميع عمليات إزالة الذخائر غير المنفجرة لضمان الامتثال للإجراءات المعمول بها؛

• توثيق جميع الإجراءات التصحيحية والإبلاغ عنها والتحقق منها وضمان إكمالها لضمان امتثال جميع عمليات مسح وإزالة الذخائر غير المنفجرة للمتطلبات؛ 

خبير بيئي

المؤهلات المفضلة و/أو الخبرة:

• سوف تحصل إما على شهادة هندسة في البيئة أو الكيمياء و/أو دبلوم معادل من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة. وهذا مطلب تعاقدي أساسي.
• يجب أن تكون لديك خبرة عملية في العمل ضمن مشاريع PMC في الصناعات المذكورة أعلاه.
• سيكون لديك خبرة في العمل مع الأدوات الهندسية المتقدمة وأنظمة البيانات وغيرها من البرامج المكتبية العامة / الهندسية التي سيتم إعطاؤها الأفضلية الأولى.
• سيكون لديك القدرة على التفاعل بفعالية مع الأشخاص من جميع الجنسيات والثقافات أثناء استخدام لغة لفظية ومكتوبة واضحة وطلاقة ومعبرة لنقل المعلومات والأفكار. فرد يتمتع بمهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الأشخاص ممتازة، ومطور بارع للعلاقات على أساس مستدام وطويل الأجل.
• سيكون لديك معرفة واسعة النطاق بمتطلبات هندسة العمليات خلال جميع مراحل دورة حياة المشروع، بدءًا من التغذية الأولية وحتى التشغيل، داخل قطاع النفط والغاز أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.

مساح أراضي (محلل بيانات المسح الميداني الأول)

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

• المساعدة في إنشاء العدد المطلوب من نقاط المراقبة للمشاريع المعينة.
• الاتصال بفريق نظم المعلومات الجغرافية والبيئة للتحقق من حدود الميزات الملوثة.
• دعم فريق البيئة لتحديد ووضع علامات على مواقع عينات التربة ومواقع الآبار وأي جوانب أخرى تتطلب دعم المسح.
• تسجيل نتائج المسوحات، بما في ذلك شكل معالم الأرض وموقعها وارتفاعها وأبعادها.
• إجراء الحسابات القياسية لتحديد المناطق والارتفاعات وأحجام ملاحظات المسح الميداني.
• العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فريق البناء لإجراء التحقق الميداني من طلبات المعلومات في الوقت المناسب.
• قراءة وتفسير الرسومات التصميمية والخرائط الطبوغرافية.
• مساعدة فريق الذخائر غير المنفجرة في تحديد أهداف الذخائر غير المنفجرة المحتملة.
• قراءة وتفسير تطبيقات الكمبيوتر CAD.
• ضبط أدوات المساحة للمحافظة على دقتها.

خبير بيئي (مهندس بيئي المستوى الثاني)

المؤهلات المفضلة و/أو الخبرة:

• سوف تحصل إما على شهادة هندسة في البيئة أو الكيمياء و/أو دبلوم معادل من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة. وهذا مطلب تعاقدي أساسي.
• سيكون لديك ما لا يقل عن ثماني (8) سنوات من إجمالي الحد الأدنى من الخبرة العملية بعد التأهيل في صناعة النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات، مع التعرض لمشاريع النفط الثقيل. يفضل الخبرة البرية.
• سيكون لديك ما لا يقل عن خمس (5) سنوات من الخبرة العملية في التعيين / التخصص ذي الصلة داخل إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي المشار إليها هنا هي: دولة الكويت، مملكة البحرين، المملكة العربية السعودية، سلطنة عمان، دولة قطر، والإمارات العربية المتحدة.
• يجب أن تكون لديك خبرة عملية في العمل ضمن مشاريع PMC في الصناعات المذكورة أعلاه.
• سيكون لديك خبرة في العمل مع الأدوات الهندسية المتقدمة وأنظمة البيانات وغيرها من البرامج المكتبية العامة / الهندسية التي سيتم إعطاؤها الأفضلية الأولى.

أخصائي رئيسي في التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة/الذخائر غير المنفجرة (عالم البيئة الرئيسي)

الدور والمسؤوليات:

• إجراء مراقبة جودة إزالة الذخائر غير المنفجرة والألغام الأرضية لأعمال المقاولين وفقًا لتوجيهات كبير المتخصصين في التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة.
• إجراء وتوثيق عمليات تدقيق مراقبة مراقبة الجودة لجميع عمليات إزالة الذخائر غير المنفجرة لضمان الامتثال للإجراءات المعمول بها؛
• تنفيذ ومراقبة تقارير عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية وإجراءات التحقق لضمان استخدام عمليات التغذية الراجعة والمتابعة؛

• توثيق جميع الإجراءات التصحيحية والإبلاغ عنها والتحقق منها وضمان إكمالها لضمان امتثال جميع عمليات مسح وإزالة الذخائر غير المنفجرة للمتطلبات؛ مسؤول عن إعداد وإنشاء وتنفيذ الأنظمة ومراقبة المقاولين الميدانيين لإجراء المسح والكشف عن التخلص من الذخائر غير المنفجرة. يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة عملية في التقنيات والأساليب التي أثبتت جدواها في فحص وتحديد واسترجاع والتخلص النهائي من الذخائر غير المنفجرة (UXO).
• يجب أن يكون من ذوي الخبرة لتطوير استراتيجيات العقود، وعقود برامج إدارة الذخائر غير المنفجرة في بيئات مختلفة بما في ذلك تلك الموجودة في التربة الجافة والرطبة. تعتبر الخبرة المفضلة للعمل في بيئات حقول النفط والغاز ميزة إضافية. 

مهندس العمليات (مهندس العمليات المستوى الثاني)

المسؤوليات

• تقديم خدمات هندسة العمليات التي تلبي متطلبات شركة Worley وعملائها والمواصفات القانونية والتنظيمية المعمول بها، في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية.
• تنفيذ خدمات هندسة العمليات مثل:
• تحديد والإبلاغ عن التغييرات في نطاق المشروع؛
• المساعدة في إعداد المقترحات والتقديرات والميزانيات والجداول الزمنية؛
• تقديم المساعدة أثناء أنشطة الشراء والبناء والتكليف. على سبيل المثال، كتابة الطلبات وإجراء تقييمات فنية للعروض وكتابة أوامر الشراء؛
• المساهمة في الدراسات والتحليلات المناسبة والتوصية بالإجراءات.

مشرف إنشاءات - أخصائي إنشاءات III (عام/آخر)

المسؤوليات المحددة

• التأكد من امتثال المقاولين لجميع جوانب خطة وسياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في موقع العمل؛ لوائح الموقع وتصريح العمل وWorleyParsons ومتطلبات العملاء.
• التأكد من التزام مقاولي البناء بأحدث رسومات المشروع والمواصفات والإجراءات وتعليمات الموقع المعتمدة للبناء (AFC).
• التأكد من خلال القيادة والتوجيه من أن الأعمال المتعاقد عليها تلبي جميع المتطلبات العملية والتجارية للإنتاجية والجودة والإكمال المستهدف للعقد.
• الإشراف على وتنسيق أنشطة مقاولي البناء. الحفاظ على فحوصات وسجلات المراقبة الإشرافية اليومية لضمان أن إدارة المقاول والإشراف عليه توفر ظروف عمل آمنة وإجراءات التصريح، وجميع الموظفين الأكفاء المطلوبين، ومعدات الحماية، والإشراف المناسب والقوى العاملة، مع معدات موثوقة وصيانتها جيدًا لتنفيذ الأعمال المتعاقد عليها وفقًا لجدول العقد. والأهداف.
• دراسة وفحص ومراجعة جميع نطاقات المقاول بشكل روتيني كما هو مفصل في الرسومات والمواصفات والتعليمات، مما يضمن التفسير الصحيح للمقاولين والامتثال لرسومات ومواصفات AFC الأخيرة.

• يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة مع أكثر من 15 عامًا من الخبرة العملية، منها 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال النفط والغاز/المصفاة/البتروكيماويات.
• الخبرة العملية في جوانب التصميم والبناء والتكليف والصيانة للنفط/الغاز

• خبرة عملية في أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإعداد التقارير وإجراءات التدقيق. ممتاز 
• التنسيق الكتابي ومهارات الاتصال اللفظي. القدرة على تطوير وتحديث وصيانة الإجراءات الداخلية.
• يجب أن يكون ملماً بمعايير وقواعد السلامة المحلية والدولية.

كبير مقدر التكاليف (مقدر تكاليف أول) 

متطلبات الزامية:

• درجة البكالوريوس / البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في العلوم أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 20 عامًا وخبرة 10 سنوات في مجال النفط والغاز للمرشح الحاصل على الدبلوم
• يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد التخرج
• يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات بعد التخرج في صناعة النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات
• يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تقدير التكلفة
