 Job Responsibilities:

• § Attend and sell car to retail customers at a given location.
• § Demonstrate good salesmanship skills by taking all measures to close a sale and ensures that the customers are satisfied.
• § Ensure incident-free error free reconciliation of stocks in own area during audits.
• § Attend to walk-in customers & telephonic enquiries and plans & prioritizes sales activities towards achieving set targets. 
• § Demonstrate the products to customers, review catalogues, determine customer’s needs. 
• § Negotiate selling price with customers offering discounts as per company’s policy and guidelines. 
• § Record & authenticate lost sales, mentioning the reasons for that, and presenting this to the Showroom Manager for review.

Sales Consultant - Commercial Vehicle

 Job Responsibilities:

• · Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

• · Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services, analyzing costs and sales.
• ·    Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

• ·     Verify and record customer driving licenses and necessary documentation before test drives.
• ·         Accompany customers during test drives, explaining key vehicle features, safety systems, and performance aspects.
• ·         Provide product knowledge and address customer inquiries professionally.
• ·    Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and insurance requirements during test drives.
• ·         Maintain accurate records of test drives conducted and feedback received.

Road Tester / Quality Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect new cars on the road after being prepared by the PDI (pre delivery inspection) before delivering it to the customer.
• Inspect cars that are admitted to the garage for maintenance purposes before and after the repairs.
• Detect errors & defects and provide technical comments.
• Inspect each vehicle for additional work requirements
• Prepare daily report on the cars that have been inspected on the road, as well as the cars that have been returned to the garage, along with the technical comments.
• Check all the incoming material are as per the sampling procedure and prepare inspection reports and submits them for review & approval with goods receipt note.

Assistant Spareparts Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• ·     Ensure the accuracy of records & information and comparing it to purchases, sales & orders.
• ·         Check regularly on spare parts pricing policy.
• ·         Ensure stock data is continually updated.

فاحص الطريق / مراقب الجودة

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• فحص السيارات الجديدة على الطريق بعد تحضيرها من قبل PDI (فحص ما قبل التسليم) قبل تسليمها للعميل.
• فحص السيارات التي يتم إدخالها إلى المرآب لأغراض الصيانة قبل وبعد الإصلاحات.
• اكتشاف الأخطاء والعيوب وتقديم التعليقات الفنية.
• فحص كل مركبة لمعرفة متطلبات العمل الإضافية
• إعداد تقرير يومي عن السيارات التي تم فحصها على الطريق وكذلك السيارات التي تم إرجاعها إلى الكراج مع الملاحظات الفنية.
• التحقق من أن جميع المواد الواردة تتوافق مع إجراءات أخذ العينات وإعداد تقارير التفتيش وتقديمها للمراجعة والموافقة مع مذكرة استلام البضائع.

مساعد مدير قطع الغيار

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• · التأكد من دقة السجلات والمعلومات ومقارنتها بالمشتريات والمبيعات والطلبات.
• · التحقق بانتظام من سياسة تسعير قطع الغيار.
• · التأكد من تحديث بيانات المخزون بشكل مستمر.
