Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative matters related to employees.
- Renew or transfer the residency of manpower.
- Update employee files and data in the system.
- Track the entire process from an employee’s entry into Kuwait until they are fully authorized to work with all valid documentation.
- Implement penalties as per the penalty list.
- Update employee accommodation details and records.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Coordination between departments
- Ensure to meet the deadline of tasks assigned by the management
- Providing reports to the managers
- Assisting the fleet and accounting department in the sales process and vehicle management

- معالجة الأمور الإدارية المتعلقة بالموظفين.
- تجديد أو نقل إقامة القوى العاملة.
- تحديث ملفات وبيانات الموظفين في النظام.
- تتبع العملية بأكملها من دخول الموظف إلى الكويت حتى يتم تفويضه بالكامل للعمل مع جميع الوثائق الصالحة.
- تنفيذ العقوبات حسب قائمة العقوبات.
- تحديث تفاصيل و سجلات سكن الموظفين.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يتم تعيينها.
مساعد إداري
المسؤوليات
- التنسيق بين الإدارات
- التأكد من الالتزام بالموعد النهائي للمهام الموكلة من قبل الإدارة
- تقديم التقارير إلى المديرين
- مساعدة قسم الأسطول والمحاسبة في عملية المبيعات وإدارة المركبات
