What You Bring
- A strong background in business development, sales execution or strategy development
- Experience in the energy industry, particularly service – e.g. technological organizations, consulting organizations, sales related portfolios within the energy sector
- Highly motivated and proactive, with excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Ability to successfully build relationships with stakeholders, lead and coordinate a cross functional team, including product lines, legal, finance, marketing, and engineering
- Eye for business, sound decision-making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to handling sophisticated client relationships
- Self-motivated with high interpersonal skills (team player, negotiation skills, leadership skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation)
- Strong personal motivation to work for a game changing industry and having an impact on the future of Europe decarbonization
- Passionate about the energy, willing to make the difference and become a Siemens Energy face towards costumers, generating best ever customer experience
- Solid partner with strong stakeholder management
- Understanding of market trends, strategic and customers regulations
