We are looking for an Experienced Flower Decorator to join our team at Star Stack Company, based in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning floral designs and decorations for a variety of events, including weddings, parties, corporate functions, and more. If you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Flower Decorator, Florist, or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of different flower species, floral design techniques, and trends.

Artistic creativity with a keen eye for color, style, and composition.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during events.

Good communication and customer service skills to understand and meet client needs.

Physically able to lift, move, and set up decorations as required.

خبرة مثبتة كمُزين زهور، بائع زهور أو في دور مشابه.

معرفة قوية بأنواع الزهور المختلفة وتقنيات التصميم والاتجاهات.

إبداع فني مع عين حريصة على اللون والأسلوب والتكوين.

مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت الممتازة.

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة، خاصة أثناء الفعاليات.

مهارات التواصل الجيد مع العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم.

القدرة على رفع وتحريك وترتيب الزخارف حسب الحاجة.
