Marketing Coordinator
Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape.
- Analyze and summarize findings.
- Assist the Marketing Agency in developing and evaluating marketing strategies.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Liaise with local partners and platforms for certain campaigns.
- Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and updating as needed.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences effectively.
- Communicate with the regional office on digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and meetings & events teams to promote special packages and events.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback and reviews for marketing insights.
- Reply to guest comments on social media and certain online platforms.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to the hotel’s brand standards.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Server/Waiter/Waitress
Requirements of the Server/Waiter/Waitress:
- -Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential
- -Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- -Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- -Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
- -Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- -Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- -Strong communication skills
