Junior Legal Counsel
Duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Provide proactive, solutions focused, legally sound advice and support in a timely fashion
- Take the legal lead role in reviewing, drafting, negotiating and/or amending broad spectrum of commercial contracts
- Advise the Company on its rights and responsibility under the applicable laws of Kuwait
- Monitor trends in the local regulation that may affect the operation of the business
- Provide dispute resolution advice counsel, handle and assume active involvement
- Control the use, quality, and cost of external legal counsel
- Advise on general corporate law matters and provide timely and efficient company secretarial support e.g.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including those related to trade embargo
- Prepare and review tenders’ documents to ensure that tenders’ requirements are clearly understood, covered and fulfilled
Chief Engineer - Electrical & Automation - Lime & Dololime Plant
Duties may include but will not be limited to:
- To make, review regularly and establishes the planned preventive maintenance plan and initiate necessary revision to improve equipment availability.
- Controls Electrical & Automation maintenance budget and improvements in cost effective manner.
- Reporting about major potential failures, problems with action plan for the repairs to the higher level to finalize the immediate opportunity for attending the issues.
- Prepare, review and establish economic level of spares and material stock.
- Ensures and supervises the effective repair planning and major overhauls to acceptable standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and check and approve the permits, purchase requisition slips, material issue slips etc.
- Technical review and recommendation for all project/ Spares/ Equipments for Lime Plant related offers from the OEM Suppliers. Design review and Scope defining of the Technological Supplier. Responsible for Project planning and monitoring the execution of work.
- To enforce staff disciplines and ensure high standard of maintenance housekeeping and plant cleanliness.
- Performs other tasks given by superior time to time.
- Evaluate the individual performance of subordinates and identify the training needs and design training program to improve the capability of each individual.
- Promotes safety consciousness among the subordinates and undertakes all necessary control measures to ensure safety of equipment and personnel.
- To work as per company regulations.
