Senior Officer, Inventory Control (13734)
Responsibilities:- Update inventory systems with data received from principals.
- Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and secure necessary approvals.
- Follow up on GCC inquiries and branch inquiries.
- Generate reports and provide updates on stock and orders.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend suggestions.
- Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Specialist, Government Relations Commercial
- 1. Prepare periodical reports, analyze various management reports for compliance with the Al Sayer Group policies and submit the observations to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services.
- 2. Apply and ensure compliance with all provisions of Conventions related to Business Licensing.
- 3. Monitor the implementation of the procedures involved in securing/renewing the Government licenses for establishing and operating Al Sayer Group.
- 4. Formulate the Article of Association, secure the respective Owner signature and submit it to the Ministry of Justice.
- 5. Review the documentation to secure the Agency Certificate, Import License, Municipality and Fire fighting License, prior to submitting to the Ministry of Commerce and Chamber of Commerce for approval and registration for ASG Board Members companies.
- 6. Register the company name and logo in the Chamber of Commerce records after securing the License from the Ministry of Commerce for all ASG Board Members companies.
- 7. Maintain updated records of government licenses and business permits for ASG companies along with ASG Board Members companies.
- 8. Formulate the updated list of the government licenses due for renewal and assure that related procedures are completed on time.
- 9. Secure the necessary bank capital documentation for establishing a new company.
- 10. Review the latest legislation affecting the company's licensing and its business and represent ASG at the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Justice in matters related to the above.
Assistant Senior IS Internal Auditor
Responsibilities:
- 1. Assist in the development and upgrade of the IS annual audit plan to help protect the organization's data, systems, and networks.
- 2. Examine internal IT controls and assist in the evaluation of the operational effectiveness, determining exposure to risk, and recommending remedial measures.
- 3. Execute IS audit programs, identify audit findings and control deficiencies.
- 4. Supports all audit findings with sufficient evidentiary matter.
- 5. Perform special IS audit assignments and provide recommendations.
- 6. Discuss audit findings with relevant staff and management to ensure validity of points and clear any possible ambiguities.
- 7. Review, evaluate, and test application controls.
- 8. Develop a strong understanding of the business and system processes.
