About the job
• Perform all related accounting functions required to maintain the general ledger in compliance with FAR/GAAP and company policy and procedures
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
• Preparation & ensure timely reporting of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes including entering daily invoices/bills/journal entries/weekly check runs/monthly accruals.
• Reconcile all Bank Accounts, Accounts Receivables & Payables
• Review aging reports and follow up with Customers regarding overdue balances.
• Overviewing the payroll process.
