Officer - Safety and Security
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol premises to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Implement and enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
- survey premises , monitor gates and respond to alarms.

- Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats.

Supervisor - Security / Control Room
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Surveillance: The monitoring of security and surveillance systems and equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, access control systems, and other monitoring tools. It is necessary to maintain a constant eye on the control room screens to detect and respond to any security threats or breaches.
- Incident Response and Emergency Management: Coordinates and directs response efforts in the event of a security incident or emergency, notifies appropriate personnel or authorities, and provides accurate information to enable an effective and timely response.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintaining channels of communication with security personnel, emergency services, and other relevant stakeholders, in addition to coordinating security-related activities or share information with other departments or external agencies.
- Development and Implementation of Security Policies Procedures, and Protocols: Security measures must be in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, they oversee enforcing security policies and educating employees on security awareness and compliance.
- Training and Development: Training control room operators or security personnel on security system training, emergency response protocols, and adherence to security policies. They may also organize drills and exercises to improve the team’s readiness and evaluate their performance.
- Team Management: Assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Data Analyst
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, maintain, update, and log complex customized queries and reports to serve specific reporting and analytical University needs.
- Plan, develop, maintain, update, and log regular and recurring queries, reports and other data formats, and educate the other OIR members on the same.

- Plan, develop, maintain, and update existing queries and reports in user-friendly formats as per individuals’ and units’ needs for institution operations.
- Regularly audit data of different types and units, review queries and monitor access to maintain output integrity and strict confidentiality of University data.
- Develop and maintain effective Office procedures and data standards compatible with the University systems, databases, and data types in collaboration with other OIR members and relevant University units as necessary.
- Review, organize, audit, and analyze data while adhering to data standards, alone and with other OIR members.
- Develop, execute and update policies and procedures in collaboration with other OIR members and relevant University units as required.
- Collect and analyze data, prepare reports and statistics, in addition to any related functions in a timely fashion, to feed into the institutional planning, policy making, decision making, accreditation, evaluation, and compliance initiatives, and to cater to governmental and other external reporting needs set by documented requirements.
Admissions Counselor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates schedules and daily operations with the Director of Admissions.
- Greets walk-ins, answers in-person, telephone, e-mail, and inquiries forms as needed and imparts admissions related information in a clear and accurate manner.
- Develops relationships with prospective students and their parents as well as high school counselors and officials.
- Build relationships with prospective students through various channels, encouraging them to apply.
- Coordinates secondary school recruitment and visitation plans with all schools in the assigned territory.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability and compatibility with AUK.
- Develops comprehensive communication techniques to maintain on-going and meaningful communication with prospects, including data mining through Banner query.

- Manages prospective student data collection and entry into Banner and any related recruitment technologies.
- Manages applicant data collection and entry into Banner.
- Responsible for identifying the correct admission categories for all applicants, ensuring that all students satisfy the University’s admission criteria as well as the requirements specified by the Private Universities Council, and Ministry of Higher Education.
