In 2014, Earth Roastery started importing and roasting beans. Ali Al- Fahad began his experiments with different roasting techniques and blends at his own home then shared the coffee with friends and family. At that time, there was no knowledge spread to people in Middle East area & GCC about specialty coffee. That was a very reasonable reason to let Ali Al- Fahad strived to grow his business in Kuwait. In 2016, Earth roastery was officially started to roast then sell all over the world with different variety of specialty coffee.
We provide our employees and customers with the information and education to fully appreciate the myriad of factors that influence a great cup of coffee. This includes best business practices, knowledge of coffee growing regions, roasting variables, and evaluating the flavor in the cup.

Marketing Executive
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or social media management (preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pastry Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Pastry and Bakery Operations: Manage the daily operations of the pastry and bakery section, ensuring all products meet high-quality standards, hygiene protocols, and brand guidelines.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and introduce innovative pastry and dessert menus that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor pastry staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Inventory and Cost Management: Control inventory levels, manage ingredient sourcing, and monitor production costs to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold top-tier food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Design and create a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods that align with Earth Roastery's brand and seasonal menus.
- Develop new recipes and maintain consistency of existing offerings.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على عمليات المعجنات والمخابز: إدارة العمليات اليومية لقسم المعجنات والمخابز، والتأكد من أن جميع المنتجات تلبي معايير الجودة العالية وبروتوكولات النظافة وإرشادات العلامة التجارية.
- تطوير القائمة: التعاون مع الفريق الطهوي لإنشاء وتقديم قوائم مبتكرة من المعجنات والحلويات تتوافق مع الاتجاهات الموسمية وتفضيلات العملاء.
- قيادة الفريق: قيادة وتدريب وتوجيه موظفي المعجنات، مما يعزز بيئة عمل إيجابية وفعالة. مراقبة أداء الفريق وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة لضمان التحسين المستمر.
- إدارة المخزون والتكاليف: التحكم في مستويات المخزون وإدارة مصادر المكونات ومراقبة تكاليف الإنتاج لتحسين الكفاءة وتقليل النفايات.
