Cook 2 - Staff Cafeteria

Prepare and cook food in the staff cafeteria according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and given instructions.

Assist the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in establishing standard recipes and ensuring compliance with them.

Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and food requisition.
-
Regularly inspect and refill the buffet.
-
Use your knowledge of cuisines to perform duties effectively and efficiently.

Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed and the kitchen remains clean, neat, and tidy.
What You Bring

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
