Legal Counsel
What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic legal advice to Consensys’s business leaders and numerous projects.

Assist with the review, drafting, and negotiation of various documents, such as commercial agreements, marketing materials, internal policies, employment contracts, and vendor agreements.

Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry strategies.

Work closely with internal functions such as Finance, HR, IT, and the CEO’s office to support the company’s needs.
Requirements:

Law degree from a top law school and license to practice law in England & Wales or Ireland.

3-6 years of transactional, IP, technology, or regulatory experience at a reputable law firm or in-house.

Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.

Interest in blockchain technology and related legal issues.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.

Sound business judgment and an ability to assess legal risks and provide practical advice.
Senior Product Manager - MetaMask (Bitcoin)
Responsibilities:

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MetaMask’s Bitcoin-related products, collaborating with engineers, designers, and data scientists.

Design and deliver crypto products that support MetaMask’s mission.

Conduct user research and stay ahead of market trends in Web3 and traditional finance.

Work cross-functionally to drive adoption of crypto-first features across Web3 and traditional finance.
