Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds.
- Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment, and waste.
- Organizing shifting in the section with regard to mise-en-place production and its service.
- Giving tasks to Demi chefs and commis chefs and checking that they are carried out in the correct manner.
- Ensuring that training on a one-to-one basis has been carried out.
- Checking on a daily basis food preparation regarding portion size, quantity, and quality.
- Completing the daily checklist regarding mise-en-place and food storage.
- Adhering to Hotel’s Hygiene and HACCP standards and ensuring SOPs are fully met.
- Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player.
Franchise Hotel - Waiter / Waitress

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Striving to make every meal truly memorable for our guests by serving up high standards with our signature flare.
- Guiding the guests, taking orders, and making sure of a memorable dining experience.
- Owning your outlet, keeping it organized, and making sure it’s always a clean and safe place to work.
- Minimizing waste and keeping your supervisor or duty manager in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents.
- Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.
Franchise Hotel - Barista
Your day to day
Life’s too short for mediocre cups of coffee. We appreciate just how important it is to our guests that we get their favourite drink order just right. Every single time. So, we’re searching for a barista with exceptional skills, experience, and a double shot of enthusiasm to do just that.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Taking guest orders and making menu recommendations as our go-to coffee expert.
- Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan, and speciality beverages.
- Receiving and processing guest payments.
- Keeping us well-supplied by ordering, receiving, and distributing essential stock.
- Helping set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment.
Franchise Hotel - Housekeeping Supervisor
Your day to day
- Monitor daily arrivals according to occupancy report in co-ordination with the Housekeeping Manager.
- Handle and assist in department training and orientation of new joiners and conduct regular training to improve job performance, meet guidelines and standards of service and operation.
- Guide the team on how to perform each task in the job description according to hotel service standard.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of housekeeping functions.
- Confirm daily arrivals in occupancy report to determine allocation of tasks for Housekeeping Attendants.
- Supervise and inspect the work of the team members ensuring high standard of order, hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and aesthetic value throughout all service areas and assist when necessary.
- Responsible for the immaculate appearance of all areas of responsibility and cares for all details.
- Ensure room amenities and food amenities are placed in the room according to standard operating procedure during room inspection.
- Ensure team members have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective area of responsibilities.
