Senior Engineer
Responsibilities

Promote Workflow Improvement: Propose and implement ideas to enhance workflow and factory layout across all ongoing projects.

Factory Layouts: Ensure that the factory layouts are regularly updated according to the current machinery and electromechanical setups.

Business Contracts & Licenses: Draft, review, and edit all business contracts and licenses within Caesar Pac Holding, negotiating with Suppliers and Contractors for new projects.

Governmental Approvals: Follow up on necessary governmental approvals, premises license renewals, and other legal requirements in collaboration with the Legal Team.

Review Tenders & Bids: Review tenders and commercial bids from external consultants and communicate with potential Suppliers and Contractors.

Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for Site Managers and Project Managers.

Project Planning: Prepare detailed plans and timelines under the supervision of the Direct Manager and communicate with relevant departments.

Construction Schedules: Review and prioritize construction schedules and report unexpected costs.

Team Coordination & Management: Supervise and coordinate staff progress against established project quality objectives.

Site Monitoring: Attend site meetings to ensure construction projects are carried out according to technical standards and timelines.

Contract & Document Maintenance: Ensure all contracts and supporting documents are well-maintained and securely accessible to concerned departments.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Legal Team to stay up-to-date on the latest rules and regulations affecting projects.

Supplier & Contractor Relations: Maintain long-term, strong working relationships with Suppliers and Contractors.

Supervision: Oversee and supervise Junior Architects, assigning tasks as necessary.

Site Inspections & Supervision: Inspect and supervise the construction site regularly to monitor work sequence and quality.

Shop Drawings: Develop and coordinate shop drawings for construction projects.

Facility Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining all factories, buildings, and companies related to Caesar Pac Holding Group.

Environmental Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with environmental guidelines and legal regulations.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architectural or Civil Engineering).

Experience: 8–10+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and SAP.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and supervise multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of legal and governmental rules, environmental regulations, and compliance.

تحسين سير العمل: اقتراح وتنفيذ الأفكار لتحسين سير العمل وتخطيط المصانع في جميع المشاريع الجاري تنفيذها.

تخطيط المصانع: التأكد من تحديث تخطيطات المصانع وفقًا للآلات الحالية والتجهيزات الميكانيكية والكهربائية.

العقود التجارية والتراخيص: صياغة ومراجعة وتعديل جميع العقود التجارية والتراخيص داخل مجموعة سيزر باك القابضة، والتفاوض مع الموردين والمقاولين في المشاريع الجديدة.

الموافقات الحكومية: متابعة الموافقات الحكومية اللازمة وتجديد تراخيص المواقع وغيرها من المتطلبات القانونية بالتعاون مع الفريق القانوني.

مراجعة المناقصات والعطاءات: مراجعة المناقصات والعطاءات التجارية المقدمة من الاستشاريين الخارجيين والتواصل مع الموردين والمقاولين المحتملين.
-
نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية: العمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لمديري المواقع ومديري المشاريع.
-
تخطيط المشاريع: إعداد خطط وجداول زمنية تحت إشراف المدير المباشر والتواصل مع الأقسام المعنية.
-
مراجعة جداول البناء: مراجعة الأولويات للجداول الزمنية للبناء والإبلاغ عن التكاليف غير المتوقعة.
-
إدارة وتنسيق الفريق: الإشراف على تنسيق أنشطة الفريق وضمان تقدمهم وفقًا للأهداف المحددة في خطة الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
-
مراقبة المواقع: حضور الاجتماعات مع الأقسام المعنية لمراقبة تقدم المشاريع وضمان تنفيذها وفقًا للمعايير الفنية والجداول الزمنية المحددة.

صيانة العقود والمستندات: التأكد من صيانة العقود والمستندات الداعمة بطريقة منظمة وآمنة للأقسام المعنية.
-
التوافق مع اللوائح القانونية: التعاون مع الفريق القانوني للبقاء على اطلاع دائم بأحدث القوانين واللوائح.
-
العلاقات مع الموردين والمقاولين: الحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع الموردين والمقاولين.
-
الإشراف: الإشراف على المهندسين المعماريين المبتدئين وتوزيع المهام عليهم.
-
تفتيش المواقع: التفتيش والإشراف المنتظم على مواقع البناء لمتابعة تسلسل الأعمال وجودتها.
-
رسومات الورش: تطوير وتنسيق رسومات الورش للمشاريع.
-
صيانة المنشآت: مسؤول عن صيانة جميع المصانع والمباني والشركات التابعة لمجموعة سيزر باك القابضة.
-
الامتثال البيئي: التأكد من توافق جميع التصاميم مع الإرشادات البيئية واللوائح القانونية.
المؤهلات

التعليم: بكالوريوس في الهندسة (الهندسة المعمارية أو المدنية).
-
الخبرة: 8-10 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة المهنية في مجال مشابه.

اللغات: إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

مهارات البرمجيات: إتقان AutoCAD و Photoshop و Microsoft Office و SAP.

مهارات القيادة: القدرة المثبتة على إدارة الفرق والإشراف على مشاريع البناء متعددة.
