Responsibilities

Service Delivery: Oversee all Digital Solutions operations in the region, ensuring that KPIs for on-time performance, quality, and other customer measurements are met.

Operational Excellence and Production Management: Lead the team to review operational results, allocate resources effectively, and ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate between operations, IT, and commercial teams to ensure smooth business processes and resolve customer concerns.

Financial Execution: Collaborate with the Finance team to manage financial performance, forecasting, and achieving financial goals. Monitor P&L and ensure market targets are met.

Business Development: Drive revenue growth, develop relationships with key customers, and work with sales to enhance market share and profitability.

Leadership and Talent Development: Develop a strong culture of leadership, ensuring that employees are consistently evaluated, mentored, and given opportunities for growth.
Skills and Experience
-
Hands-on experience with non-voice Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in support of multiple customer industries or large government organizations.

Technical expertise in BPO/BPM operations with a solid understanding of infrastructure and platforms.
-
Ability to lead large, diverse teams and engage with technical groups.
-
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and forecast financial results.
-
Experience with document management systems and tools like Kofax Capture and Kofax KTM.
-
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred).
-
Fluency in both Arabic and English.

المسؤوليات

تسليم الخدمة: الإشراف على جميع عمليات الحلول الرقمية في المنطقة وضمان تلبية مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية من حيث الأداء في الوقت المحدد والجودة.

التميز التشغيلي وإدارة الإنتاج: قيادة الفريق لمراجعة النتائج التشغيلية، تخصيص الموارد بشكل فعال، وضمان اتباع معايير الجودة وبروتوكولات السلامة.

التنسيق بين الأقسام: التنسيق بين العمليات، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والفرق التجارية لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وحل المشكلات التي يواجهها العملاء.

تنفيذ مالي: التعاون مع فريق المالية لإدارة الأداء المالي، والتنبؤ بالنتائج، وتحقيق الأهداف المالية. مراقبة الأرباح والخسائر وضمان تحقيق الأهداف السوقية.

تطوير الأعمال: دفع نمو الإيرادات، بناء علاقات مع العملاء الرئيسيين، والعمل مع فريق المبيعات لتعزيز حصة السوق وزيادة الربحية.

القيادة وتطوير المواهب: تطوير ثقافة قيادة قوية، وضمان تقييم الموظفين وتوجيههم بشكل مستمر، وتوفير الفرص للنمو.
المهارات والخبرة
-
خبرة عملية في خدمات الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية لعمليات الأعمال غير الصوتية (مثل خدمات البريد، والمسح، واستخراج البيانات) في دعم صناعات العملاء أو المنظمات الحكومية الكبيرة.

خبرة تقنية واسعة في دعم عمليات BPO/BPM وفهم متين للبنية التحتية والمنصات.
-
القدرة على قيادة فرق كبيرة ومتنوعة والتفاعل مع الفرق التقنية.
-
إلمام مالي قوي مع القدرة على تحليل البيانات المالية والتنبؤ بالنتائج.
-
خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الوثائق وأدوات مثل Kofax Capture وKofax KTM.
-
درجة بكاليروس (يفضل درجة متقدمة مثل MBA أو ما يعادلها).
-
الطلاقة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
