Position: Audit Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct work at client premises, liaising with clients at the highest level.

Ensure compliance with risk management procedures.
-
Analyze problems, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate, and integrate information.
-
Provide strong leadership and direction to the designated team.
-
Manage a group of people, directing their behavior toward the firm’s values and beliefs.
-
Present technical courses on auditing standards and IFRS.
-
Maintain a working knowledge of accounting literature, trends, and technical issues relevant to the client’s industry.
-
Oversee engagement management, including managing budgets, resourcing strategy, billing, collections, and milestones.
-
Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships.
-
Mentor team members in their career development.
-
Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality work delivery.
-
Utilize KPMG’s Audit Methodology and Risk Management policies.
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Accounting or related field.
-
Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
-
At least 6-7 years of professional experience in external audit, including experience with telecommunications clients.
-
Thorough knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
-
Experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
-
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
-
Fluent in English with effective communication and presentation skills.
