Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
- Support the smooth running of the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest standards.
- Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, ensuring a positive and timely response to guest inquiries.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve departmental plans and objectives, meeting hotel initiatives and targets.
- Collaborate with immediate team members, controlling costs and inventory, and ensuring productivity and performance levels are achieved.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, documenting activities for internal and external audits and following up when needed.
Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:
- Experience in property maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
- A hands-on, can-do approach to work.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to take ownership of duties and tasks and find creative solutions.
- Personal integrity, with a commitment to excellence in a professional environment.
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية لفني الصيانة:
- دعم سير العمل بسلاسة في قسم صيانة الممتلكات، مع الحفاظ على جميع المناطق بأعلى المعايير.
- العمل كجزء من فريق لتعظيم راحة الضيوف ورضاهم، مع تقديم استجابة إيجابية وسريعة لاستفسارات الضيوف.
- تحمل المسؤولية عن المهام المكلفة وتأكيد تنفيذ العمل في الوقت المحدد وبطريقة احترافية.
- تحقيق خطط وأهداف القسم، بما يتماشى مع المبادرات والأهداف الفندقية.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق المباشرين لضبط التكاليف والمخزون، وضمان تحقيق مستويات الإنتاجية والأداء.
- بناء علاقات عمل فعالة مع الحفاظ على ثقافة وقيم الشركة.
- ضمان الالتزام بالتشريعات وأفضل الممارسات، مع توثيق الأنشطة للامتثال الداخلي والخارجي، ومتابعة ما يلزم.

- خبرة في صيانة الممتلكات أمر مفيد ولكن ليس ضروريًا.
- أسلوب عملي مع عقلية "القيام بكل شيء".
- الالتزام بتقديم خدمة استثنائية للضيوف مع شغف بصناعة الضيافة.
- القدرة على إيجاد حلول إبداعية مع تحمل المسؤولية عن المهام المكلفة.
- نزاهة شخصية، مع القدرة على العمل في بيئة تتطلب التميز.
