Field Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Account Executive to join our growing team for a two-month project, starting in April and ending in May. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building partnerships and who can effectively communicate the value of the Radical platform to local businesses, such as shops, hotels, and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential partners, including local shops, bars, bistros, and hotels.

Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique features of the Radical platform to prospective partners.

Negotiate and sign agreements with local business owners to onboard them as luggage storage locations on the Radical platform.

Meet individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Provide ongoing support and account management to local shops to ensure a positive experience on the Radical platform.
Qualifications:
-
Based in one of the following cities: Amsterdam, Berlin, Antwerp, Taipei, Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Antibes, Dresden, Kuala Lumpur, Rovaniemi (other cities can be considered depending on the candidate’s ability to travel).

Holder of a self-employed number or willing to obtain one.

Ability to work independently and manage daily visits to local shops effectively.

Proficiency in English.

Previous experience in acquiring partnerships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Pay Range and Compensation:
Radical offers a competitive compensation structure with performance-based incentives and uncapped bonuses once targets are achieved. Specific details will be provided during the interview process.

مقيم في إحدى المدن التالية: أمستردام، برلين، أنتويرب، تايبيه، طوكيو، هونغ كونغ، لندن، سنغافورة، أنتيب، دريسدن، كوالالمبور، روفانييمي (يمكن اعتبار مدن أخرى بناءً على قدرة المرشح على السفر).

حامل لرقم العمل الحر أو مستعد للحصول عليه.

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الزيارات اليومية للمحلات التجارية بفعالية.

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.

خبرة سابقة في اكتساب الشراكات.
-
مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
-
مهارات تفاوض قوية مع القدرة على إغلاق الصفقات.

تقدم Radical هيكل تعويضي يوفر حوافز قائمة على الأداء بالإضافة إلى مكافآت غير محدودة يتم فتحها عند تحقيق الأهداف. سيتم مناقشة التفاصيل المحددة خلال عملية المقابلة.
