Job Responsibilities:

Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

مسئوليات العمل:
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.

التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء والشكاوى والتعليقات بشكل فعال.
التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان تنسيق المبادرات التجارية مع أهداف العمل.
متابعة الاتجاهات في الصناعة لتحديد الفرص للنمو.
المؤهلات:
درجة بكاليريوس في الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
من 1 إلى 2 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء (الحديثو التخرج مرحب بهم).
إتقان Microsoft Office، خاصة Excel وWord.
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
