Safety Officer Vacancy at Bader Al Mulla & Bros. Co. for KOC Maintenance Contract - Urgent Requirement ️

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Safety Officer to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our team on-site. Key Responsibilities:
[object NodeList][object NodeList]Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Provide training on safety practices and procedures to team members.
Develop and implement safety plans and procedures to mitigate risk.
Investigate and report on accidents and incidents on-site.
Serve as the primary contact for all safety-related concerns.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Science or a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE personnel in the relevant field, OR
A successful completion of High School with a NEBOSH Certification from a recognized institution, with at least 10 years of experience, including 7 years as an HSE personnel in the relevant field.
Completion of one or more certified HSE courses, such as General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or ASSP Certificate in Global Safety Management.
A valid First Aider certification is mandatory.

المسئوليات الرئيسية:
الإشراف على بروتوكولات السلامة وضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة في جميع الأوقات.
إجراء تدقيقات وفحوصات السلامة بانتظام.
تقديم التدريب على ممارسات وإجراءات السلامة لأعضاء الفريق.
تطوير وتنفيذ خطط وإجراءات السلامة لتقليل المخاطر.
التحقيق في الحوادث والتقارير المتعلقة بالحوادث في الموقع.
العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية لجميع القضايا المتعلقة بالسلامة.
المؤهلات:
درجة البكالريوس في العلوم أو دبلوم في الهندسة من جامعة معترف بها، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كأفراد HSE في المجال المعني، أو
إتمام شهادة الثانوية العامة مع شهادة NEBOSH من معهد معترف به، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، بما في ذلك 7 سنوات كأفراد HSE في المجال المعني.
إتمام دورة HSE معتمدة واحدة أو أكثر، مثل السلامة الصناعية العامة، سلامة البناء، إدارة البيئة، النظافة الصناعية، ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 مدقق رئيسي، NEBOSH، أو شهادة ASSP في إدارة السلامة العالمية.
شهادة المسعف الأولي سارية.
