Human Resource Intern
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Support and participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental & sustainability studies or other relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (spoken and written Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong communication and presentation capability.
- Ability to thrive in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
Manager- Valuation and M&A
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute M&A and valuation engagements
- Lead buy-side transactions, assisting clients with target identification and screening
- Lead sell-side transactions supporting clients with preparation of asset for divestment, drafting investor documents and identifying and screening potential buyers
- Oversee capital markets related engagements in accordance with client objectives and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate valuation, due diligence and data room processes
- Advise on deal structures
- Provide commercial and financial inputs on transaction documents
Assistant Manager - Tax and Corporate Services
Experience Expected:
- 6+ Years relevant work experience in Tax, Accounting or Law.
- Big 4 experience would be an advantage.
Personal Attributes:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- PC proficiency
- Proficiency in Arabic language skills would be an advantage
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to understand and interpret tax regulations and laws, interpret financial statements, prepare written reports and tax computations.
- Able to lead teams of employees.
- Able to set out clear project plans.
- High level of attention to details. Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards.
- Manage the tax compliance need for a portfolio.
- Ability to confidently present tax ,technical opinions, advice and motivations to the client, Ministry of Finance and team/management.
