What You Will Do
- Liaise with clients to ensure we are supplying the correct equipment
- Liaise with offshore/onshore supervisors to ensure equipment on-board location is checked to prevent short shipments and/or duplicating equipment
- Perform pre and post brief operation meetings with offshore/onshore personnel
- Liaise with the offshore/onshore supervisors on what equipment should be retained or returned
- Ensure all staff reporting to this position act in accordance with WS Company policy and country laws
- To conduct disciplinary meetings with staff as required within your area in coordination with HR
- Ensure the highest standard of equipment maintenance within your area
- Ensure all equipment movements are recorded and updated in IFS
- Ensure adequate spare/new parts are ordered effectively
- Control the area with the most effective manner and operate continually within approved expenditure and management policies
- Ensure department operates in line with the Company’s QA/QC policy and update maintain procedures as required
Service Technician TRS Kuwait
Job Description
- Carry out operations according to requirements and guidelines from customers
- Running and pulling of casing/tubing
- Make sure that the equipment is working as expected
- Maintain the equipment
- Perform maintenance of equipment as required
- Maintain and develop good relations and good service towards our customers and suppliers
- Follow the operator and Odfjell Technology’s safety instructions
- Follow rules and procedures report incidents, dangerous behaviour, and situations
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness to ensure a safe workplace
- Participate in ‘Safe job analysis’
- Participate in Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Safety Meetings.
- Assist to ensure all equipment is received according to delivery ticket and work scope
- Assist to ensure all equipment is safely packed for storing or shipment onshore
- Promote company’s services and products
Workshop Supervisor – TRS – Kuwait
Job Description
- Manage the department; hereunder coordinate and organize the work
- Contribute to cooperation/experience transfer between the equipment group and other workshops
- Requisition of necessary equipment and services according to budget
- Manage the cleanliness and order in the workshop
- Participate in the duty scheme if necessary
- Other tasks as assigned

- Ensure maintenance is planned and executed according to established processes and standards
- Ensure that our maintenance system, IFS, is used according to procedures and routines
