Position Title: Network Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

Designing and Deploying SD-WAN Solutions: Responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying SD-WAN solutions for clients, ensuring high-performance, secure, and optimized networking.

Cisco Network Management: Managing and troubleshooting Cisco-based networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other related devices to ensure smooth network operation and performance.

Network Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for network infrastructure, including regular monitoring, upgrades, and optimizations, ensuring all systems run smoothly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, support, development) to ensure effective implementation and timely delivery of network services and projects.

Scalability & Security: Ensuring that all network designs are scalable to meet future growth while maintaining security and compliance with industry standards.

Network Troubleshooting: Quickly identifying network issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity.

Continuous Monitoring: Ensure compliance with best practices in network performance, availability, and security standards.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, setups, and troubleshooting processes, and provide regular reports to management on network performance.
Key Skills & Experience:
-
SD-WAN Experience: Proven experience in SD-WAN solutions, including hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies such as Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or others is highly desirable.

Cisco Technologies Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Cisco networking solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related hardware and software.

Networking Protocols: Solid understanding of various networking protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPNs) and security principles, including firewall configuration, access control lists (ACLs), and network segmentation.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex networking issues.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE are highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.

Independent & Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to collaborative efforts while taking ownership of individual tasks.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and senior management.

Experience with IT Systems: Experience working with various IT systems, networking platforms, and management tools for monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting purposes.

Desirable Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
