Position: Production Manager – Printing and Packaging Industry
Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the production process in our printing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that production efficiency, quality standards, and safety measures are consistently met. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the production department.
- Oversee the printing and packaging production process to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Monitor production metrics, adjusting processes as needed to optimize efficiency and meet production targets.
- Ensure all machinery, equipment, and systems are well-maintained to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and R&D) to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
- Provide regular training and development to production staff to enhance performance and knowledge.
- Manage the inventory and maintenance of raw materials required for production.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues and challenges to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols within the printing and packaging sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team to meet company objectives.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in production management software to optimize operations.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD 700.000 - KD 900.000 per month

الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث بشكل عاجل عن مدير إنتاج ذو خبرة للإشراف على وإدارة جميع جوانب عملية الإنتاج في عمليات الطباعة والتغليف لدينا. يجب على المرشح المثالي ضمان أن تكون الكفاءة، وجودة الإنتاج، ومعايير السلامة متوافقة ومستمرة. ستقود فريقًا مخلصًا لضمان سير العمليات الإنتاجية بسلاسة وكفاءة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة وإدارة العمليات اليومية لقسم الإنتاج.
- الإشراف على عملية الإنتاج في الطباعة والتغليف لضمان تلبية المنتجات لأعلى معايير الجودة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة جداول الإنتاج والخطط لتلبية طلبات العملاء والمواعيد النهائية.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء للإنتاج وتعديل العمليات حسب الحاجة لتحسين الكفاءة وتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
- ضمان صيانة جميع الآلات والمعدات والأنظمة لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى (مثل مراقبة الجودة، والصيانة، والبحث والتطوير) لضمان التنسيق الفعال وسير العمل بكفاءة.
- تقديم تدريب منتظم وتطوير للموظفين في قسم الإنتاج لتعزيز الأداء والمعرفة.
- إدارة مخزون المواد الخام وصيانتها المطلوبة للعملية الإنتاجية.
- ضمان الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في بيئة الإنتاج.
- معالجة وحل أي مشكلات أو تحديات تتعلق بالإنتاج لتقليل الانقطاعات.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الصناعات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كـ مدير إنتاج في صناعة الطباعة والتغليف.
- فهم قوي لعمليات الإنتاج، والآلات، ومعايير السلامة في قطاع الطباعة والتغليف.
- مهارات قيادية، تواصل، وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
- القدرة على إدارة وتحفيز فريق متنوع لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية قوية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة الإنتاج لتحسين العمليات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في بيئة تصنيع سريعة هو أمر مرغوب فيه.

الراتب: 700.000 - 900.000 دينار كويتي شهريًا
