Position Title: Nursing Supervisor
Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and experienced nursing professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to high-quality patient care, and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Support: Supervise and support homecare nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive top-tier care.

Patient Monitoring & Coordination: Monitor patient progress and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure the best care outcomes.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards in all patient care activities.

Training & Mentoring: Train, mentor, and guide nurses to foster their professional development and improve patient outcomes.

Staff Management: Manage nurse schedules, performance evaluations, and staff development programs to maintain a high standard of care.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and caregivers to provide holistic and patient-centered care.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with preference for those with a supervisory background.

Licensing: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Ministry of Health (MOH) license.

Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and best practices.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment, fostering teamwork and communication.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الإشراف والدعم: الإشراف ودعم فريق التمريض المنزلي لضمان تقديم رعاية صحية ممتازة للمرضى.

مراقبة تقدم المرضى والتنسيق: متابعة تقدم المرضى والتنسيق مع الأطباء والفرق الصحية لضمان الحصول على أفضل نتائج الرعاية.

الامتثال للوائح: التأكد من الامتثال للوائح الصحية والسياسات والمعايير الجودة في جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة برعاية المرضى.

التدريب والإرشاد: تدريب وإرشاد الممرضين لتحسين نموهم المهني والارتقاء بنتائج رعاية المرضى.

إدارة الفريق: إدارة جداول العمل، تقييم الأداء، وبرامج تطوير الموظفين للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الرعاية.

التواصل الفعّال: التواصل بشكل فعّال مع المرضى وعائلاتهم ومقدمي الرعاية لضمان تقديم رعاية شاملة.
المؤهلات:

التعليم: درجة بكاليريوس في التمريض (BSN) من مؤسسة معتمدة.
-
الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في بيئة رعاية صحية، ويفضل من لديه خبرة إشرافية.
-
التراخيص: مسجل تمريض مرخص (RN) مع ترخيص ساري من وزارة الصحة.
-
المهارات: مهارات قيادية قوية، وحل المشكلات، وتنظيم العمل.
-
المعرفة باللوائح: المعرفة بلوائح الرعاية الصحية المنزلية وأفضل الممارسات.
-
القدرة على التعاون: القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة صحية ديناميكية.
