Technical Support Engineer
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of relavent experiance
- Certification from Microsoft is required
- Certification from CISCO is prefered
- Written and Spoken English is essential. Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in system support in an organization of similar size and scope.
Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Execute elements of the approved marketing plan as assigned by the line manager.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and plans from ideation to execution, including the design, production and distribution of marketing collateral and print and digital advertising.
- Create and develop content for internal and external channels.
- Oversee social media content to keep it current and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Assist in brainstorming and organizing events and sponsorship programs, including venue organization, materials development, ordering, scheduling, and attendance management.
- Identify and support in the implementation of sponsorship opportunities if/when applicable to brand strategy.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, vendors, suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing requests.
