Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.

3 years of experience in Front Office/Guest Service, including managerial experience.

Fluent in English; other languages are preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire a team.

Ability to handle complaints and ensure the smooth operation of front desk services.

الشروط
-
درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الفنادق، إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.

3 سنوات من الخبرة في قسم الاستقبال/خدمة الضيوف، بما في ذلك الخبرة الإدارية.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ وتعتبر اللغات الأخرى ميزة إضافية.

مهارات قيادية قوية مع القدرة على تحفيز وإلهام الفريق.
-
القدرة على التعامل مع الشكاوى وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في قسم الاستقبال.
