Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
- Prepare tables for dining, including setting up utensils, glassware, and napkins.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
