Tendering & Purchasing Coordinator
Responsibilities
- -Receiving inquiries, and contracts, and completing orders of the concerned department.
- -Arranging the Tender's cost sheet
- -Preparation of quotations and tender arrangement
- -Continuously monitor stock levels following up with the store team
- -Preparation of stock orders & communication with the concerned supplier
- -Communication with the shipping forwarders and shipment arranging
- -Shipment follow-up until port arrival, and following-up with customs clearance agents
- -Following up with the store to arrange customer deliveries as per the delivery schedule
- -Following up with the invoicing team to arrange invoices
- -Preparing reports for all submitted tenders
- -Preparing reports for all ongoing tenders
