- Review cost of sales across F&B outlets and compare costs with budget.
- Check menu pricing in POS systems and ensure correct prices are loaded.
- Prepare daily and monthly cost reports related to cost of sales.
- Assess incoming products, resources, and services to support best-cost decisions.
- Maintain vendor and service provider relationships.
- Analyze invoices and support cost-saving plans with department heads.

- Good analytics, reporting, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
