- Support procurement activities for marine and topside EPC packages in an oil and gas project environment.
- Source, prequalify and propose bidders from approved vendor lists.
- Coordinate supplier prequalification and technical evaluation processes.
- Prepare, issue and manage RFQs for marine works, offshore installation and topside materials or equipment.
- Maintain and update the project procurement plan, especially for long-lead and critical marine or offshore items.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, marine and project controls teams.
- Support commercial, contractual and schedule evaluation of bids.
- Prepare comparison statements and support technically compliant procurement recommendations.
- Identify procurement risks linked to logistics, marine operations, supplier capability and lead times.
- Coordinate with expediting, inspection and logistics teams to support timely delivery.

- BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Marine or structural engineering background is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in EPC oil and gas projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in an engineering or design environment.
- Experience in marine and offshore projects such as jetties, piers, dredging or offshore structures.
- Knowledge of KNPC standards and procedures is highly preferred.
- Experience with marine subcontractors, offshore fabrication yards and specialized suppliers.
- Understanding of contractual terms, commercial evaluation and risk management in EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or law.
- Additional qualifications such as LLM, ACIArb or MSc are useful where applicable.
- Five to ten years of experience in a similar position with an EPC contractor.
- Experience on large infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Arabic language ability is beneficial.
- Strong contractual analytical skills.
- Ability to manage complex contractual clarifications.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Assist in weekly and monthly reports, budget preparation and planning records.
- Participate in site meetings to discuss schedule progress and changes.

- Substantial experience in planning, delay analysis and schedule risk analysis.
- Experience across engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule quality compliance.
- Strong report writing, communication and problem-solving skills.
