Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise slickline operations at wellsites.
- Operate and oversee slickline units, pressure control equipment, and downhole tools.
- Conduct pre-job safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with KOC and company HSE requirements.
- Supervise and mentor Slickline Operators and field personnel.
- Perform equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support Digital Slickline and PLT operations, including rig-up, rig-down, and hardware handling.
- Maintain accurate job reports, service tickets, and operational records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and client representatives to support successful job execution.

- Good mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills.
- Experience with Digital Slickline operations is an advantage.
- Light or heavy vehicle driving license is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding field environments.
- Basic computer skills and reporting capabilities.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
