Job Details: Air Arabia Kuwait is hiring a B1 - Certifying Engineer to carry out, supervise and certify line maintenance tasks on Air Arabia aircraft within the scope of CAR 66 B1 licence authorisation. The role includes inspections, defect rectification, repairs and component replacement to support aircraft serviceability and operational reliability.
The position also requires accurate and timely performance, certification and recording of maintenance activities in compliance with Air Arabia procedures and applicable regulatory requirements, while maintaining high standards of safety and airworthiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Review assigned task cards with the Maintenance Manager before starting work.
- Prepare and perform scheduled aircraft maintenance according to assigned task cards.
- Ensure documentation, parts, tools and ground support equipment are obtained and used correctly.
- Carry out inspections, defect rectification, repairs and component replacement within authorised scope.
- Record and certify maintenance activities accurately and on time.
- Follow Air Arabia procedures, safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
