Full-time, on-site customer service role responsible for customer support, satisfaction and daily service standards in the automotive business.

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Receive incoming calls, greet callers and route calls promptly and efficiently.
- Provide customers with accurate information.
- Address customers in a friendly tone and minimize wait or hold time.
- Create complaint tickets correctly according to policies and procedures.
- Update the database with recent customer information.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate cases when necessary.
- Note messages from external callers and ensure delivery to the concerned employee.
- Escalate cases requiring intervention by the Call Service Manager.
- Assist colleagues and foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure phone lines are working correctly and report malfunctions.
- Participate in project work when applicable.
- استقبال المكالمات الواردة وتحية المتصلين وتحويل المكالمات بسرعة وكفاءة.
- تزويد العملاء بمعلومات دقيقة.
- التعامل مع العملاء بأسلوب ودود وتقليل وقت الانتظار.
- إنشاء تذاكر الشكاوى بشكل صحيح وفق السياسات والإجراءات.
- تحديث قاعدة البيانات بأحدث معلومات العملاء.
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء بسرعة وتصعيد الحالات عند الحاجة.
- تسجيل رسائل المتصلين الخارجيين وضمان وصولها للموظف المعني.
- تصعيد الحالات التي تتطلب تدخل مدير خدمة الاتصال.
- مساعدة الزملاء وتعزيز بيئة العمل الجماعي والتعاون.
- التأكد من عمل خطوط الهاتف بشكل صحيح والإبلاغ عن الأعطال.
- المشاركة في أعمال المشاريع عند الحاجة.
Qualifications & Requirements / المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- Age between 25-30.
- Gender: Female.
- Diploma, university degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
- Minimum 2-4 years in a similar position or related to business.
- 0-2 years of relevant automotive industry experience.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
- Good computer skills.
- Willing to work two shifts.
- Customer-focused service, telephone manners and customer support skills.
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of luxury automotive brands is a plus.
- Transferable Residency Visa Article 18.

- خبرة ذات صلة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في قطاع السيارات.
- خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات جيدة في استخدام الحاسوب.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام ورديتين.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء وآداب الهاتف ودعم العملاء.
- خبرة في ضمان رضا العملاء.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين وحل المشكلات.
- معرفة بالعلامات الفاخرة للسيارات ميزة إضافية.
- إقامة قابلة للتحويل مادة 18.
