Job Overview
Join a construction project team in Kuwait to manage contract administration, commercial coordination, claims management, subcontract management and contractual risk control throughout the project lifecycle.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الانضمام إلى فريق مشروع إنشائي في الكويت لإدارة العقود والتنسيق التجاري وإدارة المطالبات وإدارة عقود الباطن وضبط المخاطر التعاقدية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer main contracts, subcontracts and related commercial documents.
- Review, draft and amend contractual correspondence, notices, claims, variations and contractual submissions.
- Support the project team in identifying contractual risks and proposing mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with project management, commercial, legal, procurement and finance teams on contract-related matters.
- Prepare and review claims, extension of time submissions, variation orders and contract close-out documents.
- Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, deliverables and compliance requirements.
- Participate in negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide contractual advice to the project team and support dispute resolution when required.
- Maintain proper records of all contract documents, correspondence, approvals and claims files.

- متابعة الالتزامات التعاقدية والمواعيد النهائية والمخرجات ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- المشاركة في المفاوضات مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين.
- تقديم المشورة التعاقدية لفريق المشروع ودعم تسوية النزاعات عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات منظمة لجميع مستندات العقود والمراسلات والموافقات وملفات المطالبات.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Experience in infrastructure, building, EPC, wastewater treatment or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction contract administration.
- Good experience in claims, variations, EOT, subcontract management and contractual correspondence.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex contractual issues independently.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- GCC or Middle East project experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract/document management systems.

- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع القضايا التعاقدية المعقدة باستقلالية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع الخليج أو الشرق الأوسط.
- إجادة استخدام MS Office وأنظمة إدارة العقود والمستندات.
