Main Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized programs tailored to each member’s goals and needs.
- Conduct body composition assessments and performance testing through Spark LAB.
- Deliver exceptional coaching experiences while building strong relationships with members.
- Conduct a minimum of two group classes daily.
- Provide immediate assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients when required.
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions.
- Continuously develop expertise through approved certifications, workshops, and educational programs.
- Uphold SPARK’s standards of professionalism, service excellence, and member care.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sport science is preferred.
- Additional qualifications such as Reformer Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Recovery and Rehab, Nutrition, or similar areas are preferred.
- 2 to 3 training courses related to physical training are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the fitness or sports industry.
- Positive attitude, politeness, and well-mannered professional behavior.
- Lifelong education mindset.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Good proficiency in English.
