- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in project planning and controls.
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas and/or Ministry of Electricity & Water projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, project scheduling, and planning methodologies.
- Experience in progress monitoring, project reporting, resource planning, and delay analysis.
- Previous MEW, Oil & Gas client approvals are preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
