Main Duties & Responsibilities | المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

• Analyze potential clients by conducting comprehensive due diligence before establishing a relationship and commencing any market maker activities.
• Coordinate with external related parties such as CMA, Boursa Kuwait, Kuwait Clearing Company, brokers, and system developers regarding market maker process rules and regulations.
• Prepare presentations and present to potential clients.
• Conduct daily market maker trading.
• Assist in devising and implementing strategies based on technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and event-driven strategies to maximize the department’s revenue streams.
• Document and explain investment decisions and strategies to management.
• Supervise the establishment and management of new market maker clients.
• Support management in preparing the market maker strategy by providing insights and recommendations.
• Assist in developing new products and financial instruments introduced by Boursa Kuwait that can be managed within the market maker sector at KIC.

• تحليل العملاء المحتملين من خلال إجراء فحص شامل ووافٍ قبل إنشاء العلاقة وبدء أي أنشطة تخص صانع السوق.
• التنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية ذات الصلة مثل هيئة أسواق المال، وبورصة الكويت، والشركة الكويتية للمقاصة، والوسطاء، ومطوري الأنظمة فيما يتعلق بقواعد وإجراءات صانع السوق واللوائح التنظيمية.
• إعداد العروض التقديمية وتقديمها للعملاء المحتملين.
• تنفيذ عمليات تداول صانع السوق بشكل يومي.
• المساعدة في وضع وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المبنية على التحليل الفني والتحليل الأساسي واستراتيجيات الأحداث بهدف تعظيم مصادر إيرادات القسم.
• توثيق القرارات والاستراتيجيات الاستثمارية وشرحها للإدارة.
• الإشراف على تأسيس وإدارة عملاء جدد ضمن نشاط صانع السوق.
• دعم الإدارة في إعداد استراتيجية صانع السوق من خلال تقديم الرؤى والتوصيات.
• المساعدة في تطوير منتجات وأدوات مالية جديدة قد تطرحها بورصة الكويت ويمكن إدارتها ضمن قطاع صانع السوق في الشركة الكويتية للاستثمار.
