Job Details
This role is responsible for delivering products promptly and professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction and cost-effective operations. The driver is expected to follow routes, meet delivery deadlines, collect payments, maintain safety, and keep the vehicle in good condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles to designated destinations for customer product deliveries.
- Drive safely and deliver products within deadlines.
- Analyse delivery addresses, determine suitable routes, and maintain schedule.
- Report accidents or injuries immediately to supervisors.
- Ask for feedback, resolve clients’ complaints, and inform customers about new products and services.
- Collect payments from customers at the time of delivery.
- Inspect the vehicle, monitor tire pressure, and notify supervisors of major repairs or maintenance needs.
- Maintain logs, paperwork, vehicle cleanliness, and hygiene of uniform, shoes, or motorbike.
