Job Purpose
The role supports material availability for production requirements, maintains healthy raw and packaging material stocks, schedules plant production plans, supports commercial demand, maintains finished goods availability for trade and distribution, and develops item code master data.

- Run MRP to ensure material availability for production lines.
- Provide monthly material forecasts to procurement.
- Analyze supply for trade business to replenish stocks and support sales targets.
- Create, follow up, and submit purchase requests for raw, trading, and distribution items.
- Ensure timely material availability for optimum production line operation.
- Identify supply chain gaps to avoid distribution issues.
- Extract BOM and relevant planning data from ERP.
- Create and maintain item codes in ERP.
- Contribute to planning budget activities and monthly S&OP data development.
- Monitor finished goods, raw and packaging material SLOBs and follow up with operations teams.
- Maintain master data, production summary reports, planning KPIs, and plan-versus-actual reports.
