  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and systems administration is preferred.
  • Valid Kuwait driving licence.

  • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Proven experience managing OTSG, steam generation, thermal recovery or similar major contracts.
  • Relevant operator exposure may include KOC, Saudi Aramco, ADNOC or other leading operators.
  • Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder-management capability.
  • Experience implementing Kuwaitisation and NOC compliance requirements.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
