• Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including external sharing and Known Folder Move.
• Operate Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Endpoint, including EDR, ASR and security baselines.
• Lead incident response and maintain hardening controls aligned to CIS benchmarks.
• Manage Intune for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS fleets, including Autopilot, policies, update rings and PowerShell remediation.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates, DNS, CDN, WAF, DDoS platforms and web publishing approvals.
• Administer enterprise AI platforms including Claude integrations and Microsoft Copilot.
• Act as technical design authority, maintain runbooks and documentation, mentor a small admin team, and serve as final escalation point for critical incidents.

• 5–7 years in a senior architect or technical lead role owning Microsoft 365 environments end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange hybrid, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune at scale and Microsoft Defender.
• Practical experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot, including workflow design and data modeling.
• Required or strongly preferred certifications include MS-102, SC-300, SC-200, MD-102, MS-700, AZ-104 and MS-203 or equivalent.
• Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate, with on-site availability at the Kuwait Head Office.
• Eligible to hold Global Administrator or privileged access, with enhanced background screening possibly required.
• Fluent professional English; Arabic is an advantage.
• On-call availability for critical incidents.
