Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for quality and quantity and coordinate discrepancies with suppliers or vendors.
- Oversee proper storage, organization, labeling and safe handling of warehouse goods.
- Prepare orders for shipment or delivery, including picking, packing and labeling.
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss, theft or damage.
- Generate inventory reports, analyze trends and recommend operational improvements.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and warehouse operation standards.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material handling techniques.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
