- MBA or CSCP, CPIM or CIPS certification is preferred.
- At least ten years of relevant experience, including five or more years in a managerial role.
- Experience in engineering, HVAC, construction, industrial or technical-trading companies.
- Strong procurement, logistics, inventory-management and international-sourcing knowledge.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or similar.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

- ERP-system and financial-reporting-tool familiarity is preferred.
- Experience in MEP contracting, construction, engineering, facility management or after-sales services is highly preferred.
- A valid driving licence is required.
